Bookings are considered confirmed only upon completion of the online payment via Stripe, a secure payment platform. The payment covers the cost of the tour for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. For private events, one complementary drink per person is included and served during the experience. Cash payments at the meeting point are not accepted unless previously agreed in writing.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during booking. Please also check your spam folder.
To request a cancellation, please contact us by email at [email protected] with your booking reference. Refunds will be processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
For private events, one complementary drink per person is included in the total price and is served during the tour. Any additional costs not included in the booking are the responsibility of the participant.
If guests choose to stay for dinner after the experience, the dinner is paid separately and is not included in the booking price.
Tours take place in mild weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, or conditions that compromise the safety of participants), the tour may be postponed or cancelled. In such cases:
No refunds are issued for weather conditions that do not prevent the tour from taking place (light rain, clouds, moderate wind).
We expect all participants to respect other participants, the guide, and the surrounding environment. The guide reserves the right to remove from the tour anyone who behaves disrespectfully, in a harassing manner, or dangerously, without entitlement to a refund.
Participants are responsible for their own behaviour and actions during the tour. Excessive alcohol consumption before or during the tour may result in exclusion without refund.
During tours, we may take photos and record videos for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing materials). By participating in the tour, you agree that your image may appear in such content. If you wish to be excluded from photos and videos, please inform the guide at the beginning of the tour and we will respect your choice.
Participants take part in the tour at their own risk. Silent Disco Tours / Stories of Italy Travel is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, or any other harm arising from participation in the tour, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our staff.
Participants are required to follow the guide's instructions and observe applicable safety rules. If you have any health concerns, please inform the guide before the tour begins.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the use of the service, the competent court shall be that of Florence (FI), Italy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of update. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
